Yes. Items can ship from different warehouses, so a single order may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days. There's no extra charge for this.

Email vyralware@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll change or cancel it for you. If it's already on its way, you can still cancel within 14 days of receiving it, as explained in our Return Policy.

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email vyralware@gmail.com with your order number. We'll check with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund.
